On Going Prenatal and Postnatal Classes
You will find me teaching Prenatal Yoga on Mondays at 6:15pm at Hilltop Yoga. I teach a dynamic, flowing classes suited to all trimesters. Through breath and movement, you will gain focus, strength and flexibility and help alleviate the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. The practice of yoga can bring you a level of clarity and body awareness that will assist you through pregnancy, labor, delivery and beyond.
Postnatal Yoga with Baby!
I love teaching this class because I love babies! This postnatal class is for moms and is especially suited for the needs of the postpartum body. Get moving again and relieve the common aches and pains associated with caring for a new infant and rebuild your strength. There is no need to leave your infant in order to practice yoga. Bring your baby along and meet other new moms in this relaxed class setting. Nurture yourself so you have more to give to those who need you the most.
You will find me,( most likely holding a baby), on Wednesdays at 1pm at Hilltop Yoga‘s Haslett Studio.
Newborn through crawlers are welcome!
